Shipping
There is always a chance that the products you ordered have yet to be made, so it may take a few days to make your order and another few days for shipping. We want you the customer to have the best and freshest confections and your patience is appreciated. You can expect your order to arrive within a week or so of ordering. However, in light of availability, orders placed after 2:00PM EST will ship the next business day upon. Please note orders after December 15th may not arrive by Christmas!
Some Things to Note
All of our chocolates are shipped right here from Vermont. We want you, our customer, to receive our chocolates in the best possible condition. Therefore we ship Monday through Thursday.Please also note that we can ship to P.O. Boxes, however a street address must be provided for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of our barks and truffles, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.
Warm Weather Shipping Policy
For shipments during the warm season (May 1 through September 30), we use special insulated packaging materials to preserve your chocolates during transit (see Recommended Warm Weather Flat Rate below).*Due to the perishable nature of our barks and truffles, we cannot guarantee your order during this time period without choosing this option.
